All aspects associated with negotiation and purchase of property:
  • Negotiate terms of purchase agreements
  • Draw up purchase agreements and mandatory disclosure documents, including Natural Hazard Disclosure Reports
  • Secure required initials and/or signatures from buyers and sellers on all documents
  • Review agreements for accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain and review seller disclosures, secure appropriate signatures, and submit to escrow company and seller representatives for records
  • Review reports for adverse information regarding property and report findings to client
  • Request escrow opening with settlement company
  • Review escrow instructions for accuracy and secure appropriate signatures
  • Coordinate closing of escrow and deed recording
